This course is aimed at those who have just purchased or are looking to purchase a digital camera, whether it is a compact or SLR. Also for those a bit fearful of the digital technology & who have not yet converted from film to digital. To get you started you will be given information on SLR cameras, what is currently on the market, the advantages & disadvantages of digital & other cameras as well as in depth studies of camera functions, lenses, tripods, filters & other accessories. Small tasks will be set for the individual to grasp certain elements of basic photography with advice & examples per week. Aimed at: Beginners. Those who are keen on learning the ins and outs of a camera & equipment, those a bit fearful of technology and those who would like to take their photography to the next stage.
What should you bring: Cameras (film or digital). If you have a digital camera and a laptop please bring both.
Cost: £55 for 5 weeks
